mentally and physically glow up 😀

Finally my writing mood is back, after my last post in January 2022 LOL. I wanna commit my self 2 to fill ma blog at least once every week. I have a lot of hobbies :’) , so I’m confused which one to do in my free time. . . n finally I didn’t even do one , just ended up with lazing around with my smartphone. But my writing now is my new beginning. . I wanna GLOW UP , anjay! It’s not just about looks, it’s more about self-improvement, I mean everything! started from a habit that I have to live consistently. I divide this into 2, the first one aims to make my mental health, and the second one aims to make my body better and healthier 😀

1. Mentally Glow Up

Since work (arround a year) I’ve been exposed 2 other people’s energy, . . . some give negative effects but many are positive. On the positive side, my communication is starting to work ok, that doesn’t mean it’s been good lol, it’s just that now I can talk. I also made new bonds 🙂 , friends who are fun n funny hahaha , for me they can make this foreign place turn into a second home. But there are some people who I think are toxic, I don’t mean to judge, I’m not a clean person myself, but these people hmmmm can make me who never even said c*k (bad word in java) now feels they deserve it wkwkwk. I know. . This is wrong n my own thoughts R toxic. As a Christian, I was taught to love, n being like that is already a sin 🙁 , being taught to be light and salt… but instead of being different from this environment, I’m the same as them. This is completely my fault , because the decision to be the same as the environment is in my own hands, that means my self-control is still not good. . I’m wrong if I blame others for my own toxicity, because the full control is in my hands. To improve myself I’ve write down the list what I have to do consistently: 

a. Commit to quiet times every day

The quiet time in the morning affects my mood n self-control for that day, I know it’s good 4 myself but sometimes I wake up feeling lazy n just scrolling tiktok infinitely 🙁 . From now on I wanna commit to starting My day with God, because whatever we start with God the result must be good. Genesis Chapter 1:1 “In the beginning God …” and continued with the last verse in the first chapter, namely verse 31 “So God saw that everything that belongs to Him is very well made….” , basically whatever God starts the result is “very very good” so we have to start our day with Him, cool!
If I start with a quiet time, I feel more like that day I can control myself, not being triggered by the people around me, my perspective on everything will also become more positive. Because this morning I have prayed, I have asked God’s help to gimme the ability to love others regardless of their attitude towards me :), I’ve read the Bible too, what we read that day is a reminder so that I can control my self more.

b. Read a book every day

The Bible has taught us good things to do, but there R also many other books we can read for self-improvement. Learning from the experiences of others is also not wrong. I now read e-books more often, there R so many options to buy online. . . I’m currently reading the book “Set Boundaries, Find Peace” by Nedra Glover Tawwab. This book is great!


Tips to make reading a fun time, can be while drinking coffee. . or listen to some relaxing music 🙂

c. Start journaling again


I love journaling, that’s why I made this blog. The blog can save more, ehe, but I still like the one who writes directly on the scrapbook and decorates it. I like stickers n other decorations for my scrapbook ehehe . . aesthetic! But if it’s on a blog, it can be read by other people (maybe a “gabut” person who idly opens my blog). . at least i can be a blessing for that “gabut” people hehe . Journals help me process emotions better. .

d. Don’t stay up late

Staying up late n doing the things we love sometimes self-healing, but not often. . We’ve made a daily schedule, what time we have to wake up and so on. . Don’t stay up late to mess up our schedule. . If U make a mess, it will be lazy to stay consistent with the plan hehe. . it is not good for health too.

2. Physically Glow Up

oh my gosh, this is already too long :O . I’ll write about it in another post hehe. I’ll collect the intention n mood first, 😀 bye2 thank U for Ur kegabutan n read this :*
